Class Info

Reformer Classes (max 5 clients / 60 minutes)

A class designed to work your entire body.  The reformer offers smooth and fun exercise against resistance to strengthen, tone and sculpt your body.  You will strengthen your core-stabilising muscles as well as mobilise and stretch.  Classes are suitable for beginners up to advanced clients. For the best results and to ensure you reach your objectives, booking in for a one-on-one consultation is a pre-requisite before you join a reformer class.  Packages are available; please contact us for pricing options.

Mat Classes (max 8 clients / 60 minutes)

Suitable for all levels if you want a great workout which focuses on balance, core-strengthening, spinal mobility, stretching and posture.  This class offers excellent flow and harmony.

Private Sessions (60 minutes)

Private Pilates sessions can be organised for up two people with a physiotherapist or a Pilates instructor.  Please contact us directly for pricing options. Options are available under ACC if you are seeing a physiotherapist.  Call us to discuss what your needs are, we would love to talk to you about Pilates.

Terms and Conditions

We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.  As our class sizes are small please let us know if you are unable to attend so we can offer the space to another client who is waitlisted. Payment is charged or a concession is used if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend a class that you are booked into. Please wear comfortable clothes to exercise in.  Socks are compulsory (grippy socks are advised).  Avoid wearing make-up or applying skin products just before class including sunscreen, as these can mark the equipment.
